Everyone Fears- A Children’s Poem

Drama dramatic

Dramatically moans

“I’ve nothing left, There’s nothing I know”

Sleepy has slept

And tips as he toes

The people all left

And still he’s unknown

Gary that carries

Doesn’t he know

That robots and drones

Are much more adept at carrying loads

Slinky the sloth is covered in moths

And aches as he creeps

“Where is my clean cloth”

The prophet at hand

Still does he demand

You’ve all been lost

You know the big cost

All creatures know fear

There’s no one to hear

We know what it means to be stuck right here,
