New Coloring Book Soon- An Update On My Work And Projects

I’m hoping you’ll all like my upcoming coloring book. An internet friend asked me whether I was going to make a coloring book, and I said no at first. I didn’t think there were enough people interested, but I had a good night’s sleep and thought about it and woke up ready to make one.  Long story short, a coloring book was born.

The coloring book came about easily and flowed right out of me. I used an old marker paper pad that my older sister gave me years ago. It sat around waiting for the perfect moment to be put to good use. I used an ink brush pen and made one page after the other and in about 2 weeks, I had enough drawings to make a book (29).

I decided that it should stay short and sweet and offer people a tidbit of abstract goodness. I never thought it would be so easy to make a book like this and didn’t think someone else may want to color one of my ink drawings, but the idea was planted. I should be getting a proof book in a week or so and hopefully it will be for sale shortly after. I have uploaded files and am waiting for approval, but it all looks good to me. I do plan on making several more coloring books in the future. It was such a joy to make a quick and easy book like this and I feel it will benefit people in offering a step away from their lives  in order to color.

I have not totally given up on my Angel Messages of Light series, but I decided it was best to put it on hold in order to work on other things. My abstract style is more who I am and who I want to be, but I do feel the importance of the angel art. I have plans on getting more research and more development before really starting in on making AMOL regularly.

My comic books and children’s books are on hold too for the most part, but I never know when inspiration will strike.

I love using my cleromancy tokens and I feel I can give some great readings with them. I will post some more readings soon. Last night, I made three more cleromancy tokens and hope to make more in the future. All of the tokens are fairly easy for me to make so there is not too much time investment for them. I do feel they offer an interesting form of divining. I want to make some sort of booklet or pamphlet detailing divination by lots, using small objects. There is a lot of information for me to go through and put on paper, but I do feel it will make for  some fun times.

I have several other divination projects going that I am working on bit by bit. I have fun coming up with new methods of divining and I feel it is really what I am meant to do now. I can’t go into too many details, but I hope to have something done and sellable by the end of the year. Probably sooner.

Research and development seems to be the most part of what I have to get past. The thing with making new forms of divination is that there is not much knowledge about them. I am stuck with trial and error and I have to just work out the bugs and finalize the art and get it ready for the world.

I am still working on my oracle cards and may start some more soon. I started way too many things at once and now I have to figure out which to work on and when. I do hope to get at least two or three oracle card decks done by the end of the year. There is a lot on my plate in terms of my projects and art. It is fun though. I get to work on whatever I want and make some progress every day.

I know I have not been posting as much as I used to, but I think it is best for me to work on things rather than post about working on them. I felt a bit overwhelmed with the daily posting to say the least. I know I have flipped and flopped so many times and changed directions like a madman, but I am making progress now and enjoying the process. I pushed myself too hard and now I appreciate the beauty of taking things slower. Although I am still working on a lot of projects, the projects are much more filling for me emotionally. And I am having a lot more fun.

That’s it for now. If you are interested in a reading or have any questions, feel free to email me with this form…
